memberships, opened its course in January 2005, followed by the
November 2005 grand opening of the 24,000-square feet clubhouse.
Begun in March 2004, The Founders Club tallied presales of homesites
to builders of $54 million. Retail sales have been equally as
impressive: in its first year, The Founders Club sold over half
of the homesites, with an average home/homesite of $1.5 million.
Anticipated total value of homesites and memberships at buildout
is $425 million.
